faster and likely for more money. While nothing guarantees
the price of your
home will increase over time history tells

the home's value. While most certification is designed
around the building of new
homes LEED/Home will certify
existing homes redesigned or renovated to current LEED
certifications. Although a home may not
be certified as a
whole some renovations, new appliances and energy
aving heating and cooling systems may qualify for tax
credits.
