Our sales team is compensated with 90/10 split on all services bought in by the agent. Any company provided
lead is compensated
at 70/30. Our goal is to build the best real estate team in Massachusetts and provide our
customers with unsurpassed support
through out the whole transaction. New England Home Market's 2nd goal is
to provide the best customer experience in real
estate. Our team assists our customers selling and buying real
estate using a flat fee or low commission format. Our company
philosophy dictates we empower our
customers to save money using the available technologies and assisting us with the sale or
acquisition of
